What is involved?

You will need to remove your shoes and socks. A treatment usually lasts about an hour and involves the use of finger and thumb techniques.

Before your first treatment you will be asked about your general health and medical history. This is so the treatments can be assessed to your individual needs, and is strictly confidential.
